Grow your network with Women of Williamsburg! Join us for a Power Group gathering designed to bring together ambitious, supportive women who are passionate about growing their businesses and supporting one another.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Discover local businesses and valuable contacts that can help elevate your work.
  • Share ideas, referrals, and resources in a collaborative environment.
  • Build authentic relationships in a welcoming and intimate setting.
  • Support fellow women entrepreneurs and professionals in your community.
We encourage you to bring a friend or colleague—it’s a great way to introduce someone new to the network while strengthening your own connections!

Meeting 3rd Wednesday monthly, in person at Windchaser Meadery, 6931 Richmond Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188.

Power Group Guidelines:

  1. All Power Group Members must a be current PWN member.
  2. Team meeting times and location are to be determined by each Power Team.
  3. Power Team meetings should not exceed 90 minutes.
  4. PWN programs and networking luncheons will be presented to Power Teams at every meeting.
  5. One profession or service is to be represented in each power group.
  6. PWN members are only permitted to be in one PWN Power group.
  7. A potential PWN member or Power Team member may visit any team twice before joining.
  8. If a member is unable to attend her Power Team meeting, she should make an attempt to find a substitute in her absence.
  9. All members are expected to make the commitment to attend 4 meetings within a 3 month period. In other words, any member is allowed to miss 2 meetings every 3 months.
  10. Guests (and substitutes) conflicting with exclusive category members may be observers only. Guests (and substitutes) not conflicting may share power.
