The perspective of focusing on what works—what’s good in our lives— takes effort. Well, maybe not so much effort as a willingness to look at life through a different lens. Join us for a discussion on Positive Psychology and how to focus on what’s right, vs what’s wrong, and how we can apply those findings in real, practical ways. Science tells us that, “In effect, the brain is like Velcro for negative experiences, and Teflon for positive ones.” Together we will work on reversing this.
