Barbara Sobczak was born in 1962 in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
In 1998, she left her successful corporate career in IT Management to stay home with her three beautiful and talented children. Barbara then pursued various professional endeavors from home that included building a Nationally Ranked Tupperware business.
Health issues, such as heart attacks, severe diverticulitis, Lyme disease, ADHD, chronic sinus infections and allergies in her family led her to research and experiment in more natural solutions. Trained and mentored by several local Nutritionist, Holistic health professionals, doctors, and nutritional companies, Barbara has received over 1,000 hours of instruction and refined a Total Health approach that resulted in completely normal health markers and being free of prescription drugs.
Her company, A Script For Life was founded to carry out her primary mission of equipping others to have better health, lives, and relationships. There she enjoys sharing what she has learned and connecting others to affordable wellness resources. She also teaches classes and works part time for The Neighborhood Harvest, and The Wellness Company, Melaleuca, Inc.
Barbara and her incredible husband of 25 years share the joy of serving Jesus, family time, music, acting in theater and film, and lifelong learning.
