A Grown Up Time Out is the space, attention and self-care, (the best Valentine's gift to yourself!) that you need. Upon registration to this event, you will receive a pampering kit delivered to your door including products that cultivate peace, rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and self-love. (Love spray, Invigorate scrub, Glow mask and an oil chosen specifically for YOU) During the Grown Up Time Out we will use each product and learn why it was included in the kit, have a guided meditation/visualization, connection with yourself and the group and have some wonderful conversation. You will leave the Time Out feeling loved, refreshed and ready for life! Once you secure your spot for this very special Grown Up Time Out you will receive an email that includes details for the Time Out and a link to the Zoom room. We are limiting the number of attendees to ensure an effective Time Out.
